Shipping Policy
Promise® does not ship parcels to P.O. boxes or suspicious or illegal addresses. If you feel that the ordered product has arrived in poor condition, please contact us via the contact form. We require 5 business days to process orders and ship products to you. For urgent orders, please track your order by phone. We are not responsible for damaged or lost products, or products delivered incorrectly to another address. If any item is out of stock, Promise® will contact you as soon as possible.
For orders received by Promise® on Friday or Saturday, the aforementioned business days will start on Sunday.
If the product you ordered does not reach you within 10 business days from the order date, please contact us immediately, otherwise the company will not be responsible in case of lost parcels.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product on the Website is listed at an incorrect price, Promise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Promise® will issue a credit to your credit account for the amount of the incorrect price.
