For this reason, each product comes with a sample to try before use. If you don't like the sample, simply re-wrap the product and ship it back to Promise at your expense. You'll receive a full refund, provided the product arrives safely, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Promise® does not ship to PO Boxes or suspicious or illegal addresses. If you feel that your order did not arrive in good condition, please contact us via the contact form. We allow up to 5 business days to process your order and ship it to you. If your order is urgent, please track it by phone. We are not responsible for damaged or lost products or products that are misshipped to another address. If an item is out of stock, Promise® will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders placed by Promise® on Friday or Saturday will begin fulfilling on Sunday.
If the product you ordered does not arrive within 10 business days from the date of order, please contact us immediately. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for lost parcels.
